Our team of enthusiastic problem solvers uses state-of-the-art CAD/CAM software including SolidWorks, Mastercam, Esprit, Part Maker, and ToolDraft from ANCA, which enables them to draw intricate part models, design suitable fixtures, and generate complex CNC code. The engineers at Five Star Tool are our project managers of the parts whose process they’ve designed, not only creating the method and the tools but also monitoring every manufacturing sequence. They support the plant floor with pre-production meetings, production set-up meetings, and timely troubleshooting, should the need arise. The engineers work closely with our QA personnel, as well as thoroughly communicate customer requirements and industry standards, thereby ensuring complete adherence to all specifications and exceptional workmanship. Utilizing a sophisticated ERP system, our engineers produce competitive estimates, streamlined manufacturing processes, comprehensive Quality Plans, and perform post-production analysis.
