We at Five Star Tool Company support our customers in our in-house plant with a full-service tool room with manual mills, lathes, surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, and Wire EDM. Our toolmakers manufacture all the fixtures for our machining and assembly operations, and the staging fixtures for our QA lab. Our tool room can remanufacture products as needed and rapidly machine prototype parts to evaluate for future production.
Five Star Tool has many secondary operations which include: broaching, honing, burnishing, super finishing, Diamond Polishing, deburring, heat Treating, glass beading, brazing, welding, and ultrasonic parts cleaning.
Our value-added Assembly from components to sub-assembly with our Tool Room Capabilities also includes the capability of simple to complex, multi-component assemblies. We develop fixtures for QA labs and utilize these methods in full production at our facility.
