Five Star Tool Company uses advanced horizontal and vertical CNC milling centers to manufacture precise, prismatic components with extremely close tolerances. Our machines are arranged in cells and are equipped with high-capacity tool changers and multiple pallets to maximize production efficiency.
Our high-precision CNC milling machines can operate on 3-5 axes simultaneously, with each multi-axis capability determining the type of milling and the kind of parts for which it is best suitable.
At Five Star Tool, we are pleased to offer multi-axis CNC milling for a broad range of materials, including standard metals, such as aluminum, steel, and stainless steel; exotic and precious metals; and plastic polymers. Out of these materials, we have manufactured a variety of precision–machined parts.
We can bring value-added features into the tool designs that will provide cost reductions, improve cycle time, and overcome high tolerances. These improvements in design will reduce inventory and allow for fewer tool changes. We simplify tooling by combining operations to reduce cycle time and bring manufacturing efficiencies combined with prolonged tool life, which in the end provide cost savings to our customers with a higher quality product.
